Traditionally, Vinyasa Yoga is style of Yoga focused on connecting breath to movement and medium/fast paced flow. We’ll build some heat in the body to warm up the muscles, and flow from pose to pose to unlock all that prana!

Yin Yoga is a style of Yoga that involves a series of long-held, passive floor poses. Yin is one of my favorite styles of Yoga because it allows us to relax, get deep into the muscles, and release tension and stress from the body.

People have been practicing breathwork for thousands of years! It has roots in Yoga and Mindfulness practices. Breathwork refers to deep, diaphragmatic breathing or belly breathing, which research suggests can trigger relaxation responses in the body.

Meditation is a practice in which we use a technique – such as mindfulness, visualization, or a body scan – to train attention and awareness. By developing a meditation practice, we can achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and resilient mind.
